01.1 AELC型自吸装置AELC Type Self-priming Device

概述Summary

AELC型自吸装置，靠气体的喷射装置而实现抽气，装置体积小，重量轻，使用方便，它可安装在泵的机架上，与泵的入口抽气孔连接，使泵具有自吸能力，在泵内充满水时，泵自动起动。并在泵启动好后，自动关闭自吸装置。因而，特别适合于船用离心泵配置使用，在其他条件相似的工业泵上也可使用。便于实现自动化控制。

The AELC type self-priming device works by ejecting air. It is expediently used because of the small volume and the light weight. It can be mounted on the frame of the pump, and connected to the suction hole of the pump, so that to impart the ability of self-priming and the pump can be started automatically when the water is full within the pump. More over, it can also automatically turn off the self-priming device after the pump is started. Therefore, it is especially suitable for the marine centrifugal pumps and other industrial pumps with the similar conditions, to achieve automatically control.

AELC型自吸装置有三种规格： AELC-0.3, AELC-0.5, AELC-0.8 其中数字0.3、0.5、0.8为性能参数——抽气量。

例：AELC-0.3，其抽气量为0.3立方米/分。

三种自吸装置的安装尺寸是相同的，用户可以根据性能进行选择适合自己使用的规格。AELC型自吸装置适用于介质：海水、淡水、轻质油类、各种酸碱液体等。

01.2 VK-20全自动真空自吸装置VK-20 Automatic Vacuum Self-priming Device

概述Summary

本公司引进国外先进技术，设计制造的新型自吸装置。它自吸能力强，上水时间短，安装在泵机架上，通过自动离合器推动摩擦盘带动滑片泵引水，引水成功后摩擦盘自动脱离，实现真空自吸完全自动化、机械化。

概述Summary

它通过皮带轮与水泵主轴连接，利用滑片泵引水，引水成功后通过手动离合或自动离合（电磁离合器）实现脱离，为无自吸能力的水泵，实现自吸功能。
